Had my vehicle in for service 3 times for standard maintenance. Each time outstanding care for both the car and the customer. Nice relaxing waiting area if you stay. When your car is finished they deliver it back to you beautifully clean in and out.

Can very seldom get anyone in service department to answer the phone. If I leave a message it could take 24- 48 hours for some one to return my call. The best part of this dealership is the MB salesman, Larry.I will no longer use this dealership unless it is required. Too bad as I really wanted to support them. You would think customer service would be a priority for them, it isn't.

Just sad to know my family has done business with MMG over 40 years and I experience mediocre service.My Parts were quoted to take months to receive and and after months finally repaired.No discount and when I arrived battery dead in car after emailing service person of date of pickup. Radio and functions in car would not work until charged. With no response to charges totaling 2100.00 just to replace a gear shifter.

Car promised on Wednesday, received on Friday with no call to tell of delay or why.when I called them call wasn't returned. Loaner Car was sitting outside in the cold covered with snow and ice and not enough gas in it to get home!

Terrible communication. I'm not from Mansfield. I'm from Detroit and use to much better service. I paid personally for my repairs and they did a good job on my main repair, but they did not do the other repairs I expected.. They took way too long. I went back to Detroit and car was repaired as I expected in three days!!!!. They need to work on communication.

I have dealt with MMG service for over 20 years on different vehicles. I can always be sure they will solve any issues I may experience and let me know of what to expect maintenance wise on the car I presently have. This is my first experience of leasing a vehicle and yesterday I had several questions about a buyout. I was given information from Heather who explained in detail what I will be responsible for. Dave James Leo and Spencer provided excellent service as always making me feel confident that my car was taken care of! Thank you for your reliable service and spending time answering questions I had!

Great service, Spencer provided information and detail on what was being done, how long it would take, including anticipated cost.Kudos to the mechanic who found another issue needing attention right away.It was costly, but nice to have confidence my vehicle will continue performing.

Service Manager Dave James is good to work with and treated us with understanding and fairness, which is much appreciated. The service we had performed was an unusual installation of extended wheel valves on our rear dually wheels using non-OEM chrome/stainless extender valves that came with detailed instructions. The service technicians did a competent, neat job of installing the after-market valves and making sure that lug nut covers were securely replaced and undamaged, which is very good performance. Based on this service visit, I can give a five-star review and recommend this service department with enthusiasm.
