I rated Meijer pharmacy a 1, because I couldn't rate a 0. They associates who work there are so rude. They never smile, say please, or thank you. They rarely make eye contact. I don't know who is over the pharmacy, but they need to do something to improve the customer experience.

The store is nice but after dealing with the pharmacy- I refuse to shop there. They’re very rude and condescending. No one ever discussed new meds with myself or my husband. Didn’t tell us our insurance didn’t pull through. Didn’t call us or our doctor’s office with any “discrepancies” in med orders. I’m relieved I finally transferred all of our medications.

I was shopping there on a Wednesday evening. Somehow I left my wallet and I did not realize that until Friday. I was in Cleveland at the time in panic mode because everything was in my wallet. I called Meijers Friday afternoon told him about the losing my wallet they're using it they're not sure if I left it. I was really not sure where it I miss placed it, they looked and they had my wallet. I went to pick it up Sunday morning and I got my wallet back and everything was in my wallet. My credit cards my money. The staff at Meijers grocery store was amazing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you guys save my sanity. It's been years since I've been to Meijers. I will definitely go back because it is a beautiful store and the prices aren't that bad. Once again, thank you for everything.

So far they really try to have everything you need and have a wide variety of things the people are so nice I love shopping there. Also no cluttered aisles .

I drove icy roads to get to the store and Rose in the deli prepared my order quickly. She was very friendly and polite -- very helpful. Rose should be promoted and given a raise - meijer does not want to lose such an efficient employee.

Came here to get some groceries and they were out of pretty much everything left and right. They also want to push these self check outs and only have two lanes open with people ten deep waiting to be checked out. Open more cashier led lanes not everyone wants to self checkout their groceries and we shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes plus some because of that.

Called this morning about a prescription for my son. Our original pharmacy couldnt get it till the weekend. They said they had it and could have it ready by late afternoon or tomorrow morning. Said okay and agreed to the transfer. Afternoon goes by, decide to call to check when it will be ready so i know whether itll be today or tomorrow. Here they tell me it now wont be ready until TUESDAY!!!! Never again will i attempt to use walmart pharmacy again. Its a prescription for my 3 yr old son and they wanted to mess around and screw him over ! DO NOT USE THEM !

I was so excited when Meijer started their renovation. It appeared as though they were moving to a modernization like what you would expect from a high-end Giant Eagle. But, I was so disappointed with what they have done with the meat department. It used to be (in my opinion) one of the best meat departments of any grocery store in the area but I feel like it slid into last place with the renovation and lack of a service-oriented counter.

I tried Meijer curbside delivery for the first time today and it was AWESOME! I shopped, with my family's input, from the comfort of my couch, then picked up next day! The directions were clear and I waited just a few minutes. My delivery guy wore a mask, was super polite, and my delivery was 100% accurate! Thanks, Ontario Meijer!

You'll never see a pharmacy associate smile here...they are slow and about as friendly as a flat tire. Lines (especially drive-thru) are always long and slow, phone calls are not answered within a reasonable time. I'm going to transfer all my family prescriptions to Amazon's new PillPack.
