they don’t honor their business hours, been trying to pay my bill for three days now and every time i go up there during business hours no one is there. shouldn’t have to call in to make sure someone is there doing their job. really great place otherwise but just annoying trying to pay your bill with cash when no one’s ever there to take the payment!!!

Ceiling caved in on my indoor unit. The management company told me they are not responsible for damage. I hadn't been in the unit for months and no one bothered to contact me about it.
Well I contacted them today the Manager and was told again that it's not their fault that their ceiling drain busted and flooded my unit destroying all my stuff. I thought after the response from the owner that something was actually going to be done about it. Instead I have to go file in Small claims court. DO NOT TRUST YOUR STUFF TO THESE PEOPLE. I LIKED THE RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER SAYING THEY WOULD RESOLVE IT WAS JUST A JOKE TO MAKE HIMSELF LOOK GOOD ON GOOGLE WHEN NOTHING IS ACTUALLY BEING DONE ABOUT IT!!!!!
