We needed a refrigerator light bulb, a toilet flapper and I wanted to check out dishwashers. Anyone work here?The light bulb was fairly easy at least I hope we got the right one looking at the base and the length. On to the dishwashers. Did you know dishwashers come in different depths? I researched and found one I liked only concerned with width and height. But it is 27 inches in depth. The counter where i want to install it is standard which is 24-25". So I wanted to look at dishwashers. No help here and one I wanted to see said display only, DO NOT OPEN DOOR. Well opening the door is the easiest way to eliminate. Onto the flapper, which is the only thing we really need. Flushing by bucket is getting old and it has only been two days. Tons of flappers. All of them say they fit all toilets. NONE of them look like the one we brought in that needs replaced. I get 2 in vs 3 in. But what about plug size? This place is a 50 mi round trip so not an easy return. And we have two square holes for attachment and most of these have like a hook. Does that matter? Anyone work here?????? NOPE. So onto the smart phone where the helpful manufacturers website is.....of no help. How long where we there 20 min just at plumbing? OK forget the flapper, figure it out later. Off to self checkout with the $4 refrigerator bulb. Scan the military discount and the register freezes. Call for help, like the people beside us who also had a freeze. Wait, wait, wait. How long do we wait. None of us see anyone and the register is blinking red. Well theirs is, our register is still green which means if help comes, I will have to tackle them so they know my register is stuck. Wait wait wait. Just as we are getting ready to walk because 10 min of waiting at a register is LONG, help arrives. Helps the red blinking customer. I wave like a crazy woman and help arrives for me. She magically waves some sort of card and 2 seconds later we are done.The store needs more help!!!!! Especially in areas where customers need help....like plumbing!

Check your receipts Lowes customers! This is the 2nd trip in a row where I was over charged based on sticker or shelf tag. Today I bought 8 items 6 of which were rang up incorrectly to the tone of 23.55 (original total was 87.69).

Hands down, the most frustrating shopping experience I've had. If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my grandma to pick out a new washer and dryer. She picked out ones she liked, then asked to put it on her Lowe's credit card. She didn't have the physical card with her and the employees ASSURED her that wouldn't be a problem, they could look it up. Surprise, they found her card was "expired" and told her she needed a new one. They opened a new one and gave her 1/3 of her previous credit limit. Not a huge deal, so she split it with another card. Then, their system shut down. During that time the employee helping us asked another employee to finish the transaction because he was supposed to clock out 20 minutes ago and didn't know how long this would take and didn't want to hang around for it. Oh we're not done folks, almost a half an hour later with the help of a kind manager, we finally get this straightened out and the transaction goes through. A few days later, a dryer shows up. No washer. The delivery men, Lowe's employees, tell her there is no washer on the ticket. When a person called to confirm delivery, we confirmed there was a washer AND dryer for delivery. Fast forward, that gets sorted out, everything gets delivered and set up. Then TODAY, Lowe's has the audacity to show up to REPOSSESS the washer and dryer, claiming her Lowe's card was denied and that she didn't pay for any of this now. False. So now my grandmother, who is more than capable of taking care of herself, has to sort this massive pile of crap out when she should not at all have to. I am INFURIATED. Do not mess with buying your appliances here. Waste of time.

Horrible experience trying to buy a washer dryer, waited 15min before anyone came to help had to ask someone to find the appliance worker she finally showed up and had an attitude, guess we interrupted her cigarette break, what we wanted was out of stock, ok fine what else do you have, her reply, what do you want? Um gee a WASHER AND DRYER Einstein. Was less than interested in helping very rude as are most Asian people, and they don't like stereotypes lol well the shoe fit. Went to mount vernon not only was I promptly helped, I walked out with what I wanted. I'll drive the 40min to mount vernon before driving 20min to this location.

I ordered a washer and dryer online. Said it would arrive at the Mansfield Ohio store in 3 days. Perfect. Checked out and everything was good. After 3 days I checked the order status which bumped it to 14 days. Whatever that’s fine. After the 14 days I got the ready for pickup at that morning. I ordered replacement windows with Makenzie. we made it through the entire order and she said oops these are new construction windows. I specifically asked if that would cause any issues with installation. Mackenzie said no, so we went ahead with the order. A professional installer came today. The inside of the windows are fine, but there are gaps under each window on the outside. I ordered a bathroom window from home depot and there are no gaps with that one, it is just the

So John and I decided to put up a privacy fence in our backyard went to Lowe’s and they don’t have anybody that could order it they want you to do it all online so I got online and I started ordering it! And a window popped up and said that I could chat with somebody to help so I did and the girl that was talking to told me told me I should just go out to Lowe’s because they have a fence specialist so John and I went out to Lowe’s this little girl that was about 22 years old

Absolutely horrible customer service at the Ontario Store. There was only one sales person in the department and even though she paged twice for help. 30 minutes of waiting later, we finally received help.
