I went to get a lab today. The hours posted on the web says they're open 1-4pm this afternoon. They were closed. The door was locked at 3:10pm.

Christy was kind and understanding of my nervousness regarding lab work. I was scared and I told her that, but she kept reassuring me. She was funny and down to earth, nonjudgmental. I felt comfortable with Christy doing my labs, she got it on the first try. Its honestly people like her who help rebuild trust and confidence in patients. A big thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Really disappointing service. Bloodwork was marked as stat by the physician and despite me confirming with the phlebotomist multiple times that it would, in fact, be sent out STAT, it was not. Now I will have to go to the emergency room for immediate results which will dictate the appropriate treatment given that my doctor’s office is closed. Terrible attention to detail. I will be driving to Columbus for my medical care from now on.

The entire staff are so sweet and patient! I have severe phobia of needles and I was grateful that everyone was kind and made small talk in order to get the job done. We talked about dogs, haha! Highly recommended!!

Christy at Labcorp is the best. She was friendly and efficient. She got my vein on the first try, and that has not been my experience in the past. There was zero wait time, and even though I was half an hour late, she still drew my blood and was super nice about it. I highly recommend Lapcorp because their staff is top-notch.

We’ve been waiting 13 weeks for lab results we were told would take 2! And no…we still don’t have them! They are beyond incompetent! I’d take the 1 star away but it won’t let me post without it!

This place is the worst. They did NOT get all the blood work done that I needed for a timely surgery after I stressed how important it was. They also are very unprofessional and 3 ladies sitting on their phones when you walk in and try to talk to someone. As I left, I said goodbye and they were staring at their phones like they were in their own living room. It is a very unprofessional place, I would never go here again. The office also smells of cigarette smoke.

They had me initial my urine sample with a pen and sign with a stylus before letting me wash my hands. This means countless other people have also used them after peeing and before washing their hands. The stylus was not wet, indicating it wasn't wiped down while I was in the restroom and she didn't wipe it after I used it.

I had scheduled an appointment online, but got there 10 minutes late. They accommodated me. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

I've been to many LabCorp locations across the US over the years and this was by far the best. The office is super clean, the process was fast and efficient, and the staff was great. Christina processed me and she was a pleasure to deal with. Great experience, will return in the future.

The only reason to use this lab is that it's cheaper than going to the hospital. They absolutely will not answer their phone. They barely acknowledge you when you come in. The two employees sit at a table having their coffee and snacks and act like working is a major inconvenience. My husband had to physically drive to the lab to see if they were open because my 5 phone calls went unanswered. I needed to know if they'd received the order from my doctor and when my husband showed up they weren't doing a thing but sitting and talking to each other. They say they only can answer the phone "between patients." Clearly that wasn't the case. Incompetent, uncaring, unprofessional.
