I needed new nails for vacation and saw that they had walk-ins. The service was quick, and the nails tech was very nice. I used an inspo picture from Pinterest, and he replicated it exactly. Would definitely recommend, my nails look amazing!

Absolute worst set of nails I’ve ever gotten. I ask for round, I got some sort of scoop looking nails. I ask for short, told him several times they were too long! They were at least a 1/4 in thick, even after I asked him to make them thinner. Uneven, different sizes of thickness & length. Was horrible!

Came here today after a terrible nail expierence at square nail. After leaving square nail i came here for the nails to be fixed. The lady placed two beads of acrylic on two fingers and then painted them. Did not fix the shape or even try to fix the nails that were all uneven nor make them similar to coffin shape. I now have square and coffin nails that are uneven and the thickness ranges on each with gel on top. Was also charged 25 dollars for her to paint the nails and put two dabs of acrylic and forget to file the acrylic she placed. Never again.

I was double charged for polish removed. And my 6 nails popped off. I tried to get back into fix and I couldn't go to the person that i wanted to fix my nails. I will never go there again. Over priced and nails didn't even last a week.

The experience at JJ was very mixed bag. While my nails look good, I wasn't asked about shape and I don't like the default shape I was given. Also, I went in with a group. My daughter and her MIL requested the same service: a full set with French detail. While waiting, my daughter found a color that she loved, and requested that she change from French detail to the gel color. She told this to two people who both worked on her. Instead she got a sparkly French detail and was way more flashy than what she wanted or was comfortable with. She was also charged $12 more than MIL. MIL was charged $20 more than quoted st check in.
So, while they do good work, you may not get the service you want and you may pay more than you had anticipated or budgeted.

They hurt me and my nails bled!
Very broken English. There is no list of what prices are anywhere so I asked the lady who came up to me so she just signed me in then she led me over to a chair for pedicure to sit down and start. I asked her if we could wait because I wasn’t the one paying for it and I wanted to make sure the prices were OK, I said this once and she sat me down and started filling up the water, and I said this another time and she started painting my nails; Very pushy but at least she did a good job and it was gentle. After my toenails were done she sent me to get my manicure done by an older guy Who only knew a few words in English.
He cut my nails but they were all crooked like he didn’t know how to cut nails so I had to point where it was messed up. Then when he was cleaning up my cuticles, he was digging in like he was sewing, one started to bleed and he said oh no, he went to the next finger and it started bleeding again, He said what happened and I told him that he was being too rough. So he was gentle after that, but I have a wart on the side of my finger, he started picking at it with tweezers saying what happened and I said I hurt myself leave it alone, but then he proceeded picking at it making me it bleed. After that, he sprayed rubbing alcohol on it, and it made it sting and bleed a lot worse. When painting my fingers, I had gel nail polish so he got some on my finger that I didn’t notice then he put my hand under the dryer, then tried to pick it off my finger and it hurt. I know I’m not the only one who says he was rough. Another lady said it as well and that’s why I ended up with him.
Between them knowing little to no English, being pushy, and bleeding I won’t be back.

Very dissapointed. Only 15 minutes was spent on my hubbies 40 dollars pedicure.. and not much more on his manicure. They left his nails dirty.. they were just a little soiled.. did not buff his nails. Total joke. I ended up not getting my acrylic nails. This technician too much in a rush. I've been going here for years and years. No more.. what makes me mad the most is this specific technician acted as though she did not speak english, lol she did!. I am done with these kind of salons. Looking for one that speaks english..

Yeah they're kind of expensive.
Toes came out really good for her.
I don't know what you call it scrubber dead skin off her feet very well they were still kind of rough.
Still much better than the one inside the mall

If I could give a zero star review I would. This is by far the WORST manicure experience of my life. I have had my nails done at least a half salons of varying quality and this was HORRIFIC, especially for the price. Note about the price: My mom got charged $28 for this and I got charged $38 and we had the exact same service?? They also made us pay and tip before they did the polish. To start, I had gorgeous, long natural nails and they are absolutely trashed now. She cut my nails with these crusty old toe nail clippers that barely worked, did two swipes with a nail file that looks 3 years old and cut my skin, and called that "shaping". She left me with a HANG NAIL and multiple other rough, sharp edges. I tried to "trust the process", but then she then proceeded to slap on the polish which is obviously clumpy and applied it so unevenly that it looks like a four year old did it, except I am entirely confident my four old nieces could do a much better job. I asked her to fix two of the especially bad nails and she refused saying there was absolutely nothing wrong with them and that was a waste of time?? (Btw-- we walked in and they were watching a movie from the pedicure chairs, so it's not like they were busy). It was so bad I gave up and used a nail file from my purse as soon as I walked out to try to smooth off the jagged ends. I was about ready to cry because this was such a horrific experience, and I was visiting family I hadn't seen in 2 years and won't see for another 2 years (I'm going over seas). Keep in mind with the photos-- these are AFTER I got rid of the hang nails and rough edges. I could do anything else until I fixed them just enough. My mom had an almost an identical experience with a different tech. Fortunately for her, her nails are so short that there was hardly anything for them to mess up beyond a spectacularly shitty paint job. I would not recommend this salon to ANYONE EVER. NOT EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE. Again-- children can do a better job and you are in for a janky and unprofessional experience. My normal nail tech is going to be HORRIFIED when I see her in a few days. I couldn't get in to see her before I left which is how we ended up in this situation. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY especially on techs that were so obviously rude and uncaring (and were clearly NOT trying their best).

Extremely disappointed on JJ nails. I have been coming to this salon for a year now. The price used to be reasonable, but as of right now the prices for their services have skyrocketed.
Today, I ended up paying almost $100! for a dip, which is unreasonable. I used to love this place so much that I recommended it to all of my friends, but it’s turned into such an expensive experience I decided to stop coming here. It’s sad because the technician-Jenny is so talented, but not worth the expense.

Took my bestie here yesterday to get her a full set (she hasn't had her nails done since 2018 and she always just gets them painted, no acrylics). Service was awesome, very sweet employees and our nails turned out adorable! I've been here before and it's always been a good time!
