Just bad customer service. After you order products you get the “idk” treatment with a smile. I do multiple renovations every year. I used this company because my contractor lives nearby. Huge mistake. With a very big smile they tell you “sorry we messed up” and “sorry we don’t know when your products are coming in.” Everyday they tell me “next truck.”

I ordered a custom made commercial steel door from J&B. They had it ready in less than a week and it was exactly as I ordered it. These are great knowledgeable people to work with.
