Terrible the older lady was mad that they were busy and treated me like dirt.I said i tried to call and make a appointment and she said look how busy we are do you think we have time to awnser our phone.Said id be denied before she was even finished.One reason i didnt get the advance was not being known by h nr yet ive always done my taxes by them.
