Service staff at MMG has been great with my last 4 Hondas going back 20 years. Zero complaints about them. Always great people doing great work and fairly priced. Im gonna miss these oeople.
Honda and their shitty Infotainment system they wont acknowledge or fix will be the reason this 21 Accord is my last Honda and it will be out of my driveway shortly. I can afford to choose any brand I want, and its time to choose a new brand for the wife.

I bought a 2025 Honda CR-V from Jarrod Miller at MMG on Saturday. He worked with me to get the car I wanted for a decent price and gave me a fair price on my trade. No high pressure and he explained my options. Very satisfied.

Do not I repeat do not use Honda on parkave in mansfield the manager of collision and owner of the buisness have no respect for customers especially woman. I had a large man get in my face today. I asked him to back up and he got closer in attempt to intimidate me. I called to talk to the owner and I was told I was at fault. I told him what happened and he literally said ok is that all cause my worker said differently. He said he wasnt there so he didn't know but then later said he seen the video of everything and thought it was me even though this man was following me out saying things until my husband came back in and told him to stop. Mind you they had our car 2 weeks to fix a broken windshield and dented roof. They called today to tell us it was ready and when we got there all that was taken care of was a dent we called about like a week into them having it. And by that was taken care of I mean it looks like someone chewed gum put it in the dent and painted it with white out. Absolutely pathetic and I'm sad cause we've been good loyal customers for a while and worked / laughed with other departments many times. We were asked not to return which is fine I never would and I'd urge others to avoid them as well.

I have always had a good experience with Honda of Mansfield (Mansfield motor group). Employees are always friendly and there to help, I recently bought a 2024 civic hatchback, and i absolutely love the car. Thank you to John Lowe, Jarrod miller, Felicia and don for the great experience at Mansfield motor group, amazing people, amazing service, and great cars!
