Friendly and fast. Needed a dress I ordered online for my kids bday party . I brought one in that I ordered online however, as Asian sizes go, it was to smallShe was able to add fabric For a few inches and she had me try it on before I paid to ensure her work. She took my measurements as well. I'm not a big gal, but I'm not small either. Being 5'0 142 pounds I'm.. sturdy. No fat shaming happened with my visit. ( Read a comment) she did an amazing job with my dress without taking any beauty from it. I love it!

A lady who works here basically told my best friend she was basically too fat to wear her wedding dress (which is why she was there, to extend the size, I mean she had 2 kids) and then told her that she didn’t want “stuff like this on her record”. Well now you saying THIS is on your record.Thankfully she found another place with better customer service that will extend the material for her, but I just couldn’t get over how rude this business was toward her. There are much better ways to decline a customer, than to lowkey insult them for their weight. A bride should never have to leave a shop crying over something like this.
