Graham Toyota is our favorite Toyota dealership. We moved and were closer to Firelands Toyota, but after two visits, went back to Graham even though it takes 20+ more minutes to get to. Great people , great service. Have been going there for over 12 years. Only thing I would like to see is to have the service department open for a few hours on Saturday, like Firelands does. He would rather take a vacation day or personal day to go to Graham however. If you're looking for a new car I highly recommend Cameron, he's top notch and will do his best to find you EXACTLY what you're looking for. ? Five stars ??

Had my oil changed and tires rotated, the service was great, the waiting area was clean and comfortable, very friendly atmosphere.
My only negative is that it was about $30+ than I usually pay for my personal mechanic to do the same job.
It is a bigger dealership though so that is to be expected.

Brought my 86 in. Mechanics broke 4 of my studs during a tire rotation. Service person even acknowledged the fact the studs are very brittle. I was told it was my fault because I had oem spec tires and rims I bought from tire rack. Let me also mention I still used the oem lug nuts. They voided my warranty on my hubs. Told me I need to pay $600 and didn’t provide me with proof saying I did anything wrong. Service person said they were probably over torqued, which I assume they didn’t check. Will not come back here again. Have filed a complaint with Toyota corporate. Would recommend Toyota direct in Columbus as they don’t bend over their customers.

Things seem to be getting a little more organized in the service dept. and scheduling is slightly easier (with the exception of the website), which I appreciate. Thank you. Have dealt with a gentleman on 2 occasions over the phone (I feel bad for not remembering his name) who is extremely helpful and super pleasant to deal with. He is greatly appreciated. Prices/cost continue to be a driving factor on why I still go elsewhere for the majority of my service and car buying needs.

Looking to purchase a new car in a few months. I like to shop around first. Things were great when I first arrived. Then when I explained I'm not buying for a few months, everything changed. Friendly salesmen sat down and that was it! He stopped engaging with us. So we will take our $$$$ elsewhere.

Best car buying experience ever with Jonathan at Graham Hyundai/Toyota! He took all of our information over the phone on a weekday so the whole process was so quick and easy! We showed up and essentially everything was taken care of besides some signing for finance we had to do which was also an amazing quick process! We were in and out in no time and on the road in our brand new Chevy traverse!! Shout out to Thom for going over it with us, another super awesome guy! Go visit Jon at Graham you won’t regret it coolest salesmen ever and very professional he’ll take great care of you thanks again!
