Bought a Xt5 today. Steve Manas was able to wiggle the price a little bit for me today. Had a amazing experience. It was the easiest car buying experience I've ever experienced. Thank you Steve Manas and Mr Graham in financing. A real class act.

Best car buying experience ever with Jonathan at Graham Hyundai/Toyota! He took all of our information over the phone on a weekday so the whole process was so quick and easy! We showed up and essentially everything was taken care of besides some signing for finance we had to do which was also an amazing quick process! We were in and out in no time and on the road in our brand new Chevy traverse!! Shout out to Thom for going over it with us, another super awesome guy! Go visit Jon at Graham you won’t regret it coolest salesmen ever and very professional he’ll take great care of you thanks again!

I edited the review to show 4 stars, as 3 was probably too harsh. Salesman was rather dry, not excitable. When a guy is trying to sell the most expensive vehicle the dealership has to offer by far, you'd think there was some excitement in the air. The vehicle's battery was dead, so sensors were malfunctioning, features were unavailable to demo. The market adjustment was the lowest in the area, hence I still purchased the vehicle and I fixed the issues with the sensors myself by disconnecting the negative battery terminal. I'm extremely happy with vehicle!

There a worker by the name of Erin that was very rude as soon as I asked about a shuttle instead of him explaining to me correctly the reason being he caught an attitude so I asked to speak to his managerhe refused to let me talk to him and he said the same thing about his supervisor this is the first time I experienced this from them I will look elsewhere to get my car fixed.
