Came here for an alignment again after having a great experience before, car went down the road straight as an arrow. This time the alignment guy twisted the boots on the steering linkage and said, "well it done be must that thur new rack". Not sure what it meant or had to do with his screw-up but after driving the vehicle and fixing the boots myself, it pulled hard to the side. Took it back and the same guy "fixed" it and now it pulls all over the road. Have to waste even more of my time taking to a different shop that hires (hopefully) more competent people. Luckily all corporate stores honor the 6 month warranty. The only reason I give 2 instead of 1 star is the management tried to be helpful, the problem is this location is just so poorly run and staffed that there is no solution. My lesson, go elsewhere.

Amazing customer service! We needed a tire for our camper, we had called ahead on our way there and seen if they had the tire. They had the tire, and as soon as we got in there they helped us and got the tire out of the truck for us and rolled it in. We thought that it might have been a loose rim too and he said he would clean it and seal it. Then they offered to fix the valve stem. They put the tire on in less then 10 minutes and we were out! Amazing service definitely go here from now on.
