Ordered pizza to be delivered and couldn’t be guaranteed it would be delivered the same day . Is that because the delivery boy can’t read Mapquest ?

Ordered a small Philly steak and it was indeed small but it was good, we also ordered a medium caprese and it had barely anything on it, usually don't call to complain but my wife was not happy. They promised to bring us another to make it right, well we never received it.

My food took and hour after I was told the it would be ready in 25 mins ! Even when goin in to the store to check and see if it was ready they made me wait 13 more mins and nothing was done , wasn’t accommodated at all just a “sorry about the wait “

Not much since in posting this as there are no replies to other post but I need to say something. We ordered 24 buckeye bbq wings and once home realized they must have been dipped in hot sauce before being dipped in the buckeye bbq sauce. Called in to see what they could do to correct the problem and the manager suggested I bring back the uneaten wings and they would replace them. Totally unacceptable on my part I thought they would make it right but no. I will no longer use this establishment but I will do my best to get other to copy the recipe and use them. I’m guessing Pronto can come up with something close. I believe if I were treated better on the phone I may have stayed loyal but for now my money is out and any others that I can convince to switch as well. My apologies for such a bad review but honestly it was an easy problem to resolve.

Everytime I order there seems to be an issue. The first time they sent a completely wrong pizza with our order. The second time I received a pizza that looked like it had been shaken up. Attached pic. DELICIOUS PIZZA but they have terrible service and mess up often.

Ordered with a friend and wasn’t impressed. The employees seemed annoyed to be there. Pizza was rubbery and not good. With the other pizza selections nearby I’ll definitely be going somewhere else. Very disappointed but it’s becoming a chain restaurant so you can’t expect anything else. Hope everyone else has a better experience than us.

Salty chicken ? raised my blood pressure thru the roof lol I asked if they could lightly season it and it was a no they said they dip it in a season with water and that's how it comes out ........?♂️

Yummy I went there yesterday on Ashland and the pizza and sub was beyond ?.The lady who made the food I have never seen before but she is a keeper.Fantastic !The next day I called back to get a repeat and was told by another employee sorry we can't do that even though I explained I just had one made the day before.I called the other location and was told the same thing.To me it was a great example of terrible Customer Service.I didn't mind her saying it might make the sub soggy but as a customer who is paying for it if that's what I wanted It should have been made .
