Scheduled on line for a same day appointment about 3 hours away. Received an email saying I was scheduled. Got to the shop and they were closed with a sign on the door. If the shop has to close then they should be contacting everyone with an appointment and save us driving there .

I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about my stylist Arianna, I went in wanting to touch up my bleach but after looking at the condition of my hair she said it just wouldn’t be a healthy option so instead we went dark just in time for fall! Her honesty and her willingness to still help me change up my look was so awesome. She really took her time and put so much effort into it. She cares for clients hair as she would her own and that’s what sets her apart from most! If she wouldn’t do it to her hair she surely won’t do it to yours! I’d give more stars if I could because not only did my hair turn out better than imagined but her hospitality and just overall personality was amazing as she well, I can’t thank her enough for the hair transformation.

I've had terrible experiences in the past, but figured it had been long enough I gave them a chance again and IM HAPPY I DID! I went in there wanting something I saw on Facebook, so I showed my stylists (Arianna) and she was super kind and patient, explained to me that she would definitely do it but with my hair type and length it might not look just like the picture, and instead let me know other methods that would work WITH MY HAIR TYPE. I love this bc I don't know jack about hair and she was very knowledgeable and SUPER NICE about my options. Not once did I feel like she was forcing me to do something I didn't want to. Loved her personality and the atmosphere around her and my hair came out CYOOOOOT AF.(way better than the picture I showed her) Will DEFINITELY be coming back to get my hair done and recommending her to everyone!

Amy was fantastic!! She listened to exactly what I wanted, and kept good conversation the whole time. Would definitely recommend her to any one needing a cut and style!

This is the first former Famous Hair company that I've been to where the stylist didn't criticize the customer or other coworkers AFTER they left the room. Chelsea was amazing. So cute. My hair hasn't looked this good since Sandy P. did it in 2018. All 3 ladies there that day were very pleasant.Service: Hair highlighting

A lot has changed here over the years. Many items have been rebranded, new stylist and a small update to the environment. The lady cut my son's hair well, we usually go to great clips but they've been closing hours early for the last few months. Popped in and was right back out

I went in to get my balayage lightened up from a warm blonde to a medium to light blonde.. walked out with almost black hair with high lights. I specifically told her I did not like high lights and she said she would highlight the back and feather it on around my face and I walked out with zebra stripes. It might be time to brush up your staff on their training. Im not saying I hate the job she did but I just don’t understand where the confusion was. This is 3 days out from my service, i now have open scabs on my scalp that are peeling and bleeding. I went here solely thinking the old staff would be here.Also I paid $200. I had an appointment at 11:15, booked online and confirmed. I arrived at 11:10 and was told that there were three people in front of me and there would not be an opening until 1:00. What is the use of booking appointments online or making an appointment at all if it is not going to be observed? Very disappointed, I have been using this establishment for years. I went down the street to Great Clips, and got in within a half hour without an appointment. It was cheaper, too.
