I like this store and I've been shopping here for years. But they seem to have hired a bad employee or two. The old, bald lady that blasts rap music while on the clock is a rude old bitty and needs to learn some common respect. Lady, you are too old to be being rude to people. Management needs to check your unprofessional self before some angry customer does. I don't appreciate rude cashiers, I'm already spending my limited funds on your overpriced merchandise so the least you can do is cash me out with some basic respect.

I shop here often. The staff always greets you at the door. Today I was looking for some gloves to wear to a funeral but they were out of fashion gloves. The worker (manager) offered me her gloves. I could have cried. That was the absolute sweetest gesture at my time of bereavement! This store represents old time values that are not seen often these days. Kudos to PAW Family Dollar!

Had a lot to pick from, clean, and nice. Only issue I had was the one thing I went there for, child’s cough meds, had only 3 kinds to pick from. 3 rows on the shelf were completely empty. I was annoyed!

I used a check to pay for all my stuff and she didn't mean to,but she pushed the cash button, which was right beside the check button,so she had to rering all my merchandise.She apologized and I felt bad about it.Needs to change buttons and not have them beside each other.
