If you’re looking for a vet that cares nothing about the well-being of your pets, lacks the ability to communicate properly with pet owners, and disrespects your time this is the vet for you. Either due to carelessness or a lack of knowledge this clinic let us down and spun us every step of the way. I would highly recommend taking your pets anywhere but here.

I love Dr. Laurie and her staff! They are all very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions. Her pricing has always been reasonable and fair.
Only complaint is that if there is an urgent/emergency concern, they are pretty booked and we cannot get in and end up having to go somewhere else.

Dr. Hickox and staff are incredible! I have gone there for many years and the compassion, service and care are outstanding. Highly recommend Dr. Hickox for greyhound dental care and all veterinary needs for both dogs and cats.

I have been going to Dr. Hickox for around 20 years with my various fur babies. This doctor is amazing. She comes in with a smile, and addresses my fur baby with a smile. She has always taken the time to explain what is going on. I currently have 2 cats, and an anxiety ridden dog I take to her, and will continue to take to her, as long as she's in business.

Best veterinarian around dr Hickox is in for the love of the critters and doesn't try to gouge you for every penny you have and all the staff are friendly and amazing with animals I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else

Never could find anything to help my Bichon infant they done blood work and diagnosed her wrong told me to take her to Med Vet asap or would die. Had me so scared. I took her to Med Vet and even took the blood work with me. They told me that the blood work from Hickox couldn't be right it would mean the fog is dead. But they charged me 200.00 for blood work.
