Appears to be very poorly ran. Not organized z emptyshelfs. Two cashiers with 4-5 guests each and there are three employees two of them were mgt wearing grinch’s shirts. Just standing and talking. It’s everytime I come in there are employees lacking. I know it’s hard to find good help butttt I hope you guys are aware of what is going on when you’re not seeing or around

This particular store is ALWAYS a mess. The 2 employees in the store tonight were both unfamiliar faces and I went in at 25 min to close. I had very specific items I was getting and was in checkout at 10 min to close.Both employees were griping as I was being rang up about "people coming in late" & "we shoulda locked the doors". Now this is still 5 min to close.I get wanting to go and close at closing but the few people in the store, maybe 3 others besides me, were in line. One who appeared to be a key holder/management of some sort stated "she doesn't care if they have stuff in their arms she'll throw everyone out at 8".Most people are respectful of closing & only need to be asked/reminded POLITELY to observe closing time & be in line in a timely manner.I try to always go to a different location. This one really needs improvement in all areas- product, stocking, employee attitudes, cleanliness & organization.....

I have been shopping here for years. I came into today to exchange something with no receipt and was told by management I couldn’t do the exchange. I have done this multiple time as I craft a lot. They wouldn’t even work with me. I had to wait while Management was in the office and I still was so disappointed on this visit.

The Dollar Tree in Ashland far surpassed the one in Ontario and Lexington Ave.Clean, neat well stocked and customer service was good!

Looks like this place is going out of business. Many shelves were empty. Not very good place if you are expecting a variety of items.
