This store is awesome. Fully stocked from floor to ceiling, with good quality products. I’ve been in a couple times now and left very happy. Adam is extremely kind and helpful (and also handsome) glad we have Diamond Beauty in my town!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this store!!! I’ve worked in beauty stores and traveled to different states finding new ones and I was overwhelmed by how well taken care of this place was. It’s very stocked up with very fairly priced items. I was shocked at how cheap some things were but just such good quality still. It smelled good, it looked and felt amazing in the store. The bags they give you are awesome. The worker in the store. Name was Adam. Very friendly, very nice and welcoming, was super helpful with anything I asked for or had questions about. 10/10 place. Will be coming back to spend way more money than I should every week?? love love loved it.

Just got to come on here for a little quick PSA since old dude decided to get his drawls in a twist : diamonds or parkave now hairstore is ripping black women off period . And this is BEFORE an inflation, I rather fill up my car and drive 1hr to 2hrs away to get what I need from the hairstore . today was only convience which is why I stopped 6 items he talking bout 30 dollars YOU THOUGHT , I picked up travel sizes cause I knew he was finna say something crazy even after adding it up in my head he still tried it ! Tuh gone head and take this this and that off . When I told him he was expensive he got offended, I told him ride with me than ! I can show you I can get all of this under $30 in Columbus, I said it has to be cause your the only hairstore in town , he got red lol , I pay .50 to $1 for a scarf from the Africans. He want to talk about brands sir 1st off the “brands” you talking about aren’t even up to date he’s behind atleast 10years … WE the back women do not give a damn about brands when it comes to this fake a$$ hair , jewelry that will turn tonight and edge control that’s gone turn white or not hold tonight. We care about pricing . The hairstore is for the home girl to run to rq to get cute really fast , it should be illegal to charge people human hair prices for PLASTIC HAIR ! Them wigs y’all be buying I can get them for a fraction of the cost , it might take a week but it’s better than

I went here buying my first lace front hair wig, and I got everything and then some as far as service and helpful experienced people to give me the rundown on application for the wig to pointers and suggestions for upkeep, care, and products I needed, every member was involved from start to finish, ultimately I still sorta feel like I took a bit of life and besuty my wife& like I should've went back and àsked for help during the application but I didn't want to go back and feel slow and get overwhelmed....that being said, time to buy number asap! Customer Support was the best of any other store in Ohio! Now just wanted to suggest that you carry/add hair cutting and styling service for the wigs! Thx/ will definitely be back soon -

The quality of his products are amazing. My hair fell out due to medical issues and sugery ..he literally dropped what he was doing walked me through all I needed! He was the most caring person in my journey, I felt so welcomed and treated like I was the only one there. He pick out the MOST absolute perfect hair and everything I needed! Adam, you are just a doll. So professional, so kind. I’ll be back 199%. No way will I ever go anywhere else. Your a blessing made this mess of a mamma feel beautiful. Spent $65 buying product for my daughter’s hair and the edge control I bought was terrible …(obviously I tried a small amount to know I didnt like it….) receipt in hand I ask the store to exchange for something else and I was told no…however I could get a small discount off another purchase….it’s inconvenient but I will shop with reputable dealers in Columbus…..business owner seemed triggered by my review of MY experience….again it does not matter the size of the amount used ….i clearly used it and was unsatisfied…your tone in response lets me know I’ve made the right decision to shop somewhere else!

If you want a good customer service and detailed information COME HERE. My sister and I stopped in and Adam was so helpful. He knew which products and what lengths to use for hair and what was good quality hair. I LOVE HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRIENDLY DEMEANOR. RUN don’t walk and get THE BEST hair products from him.
