Appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance, they wait until the day they are to mobile come out, today,, call with a lame excuse, no price reduction, to notify us if we want them to replace the windshield we should have it towed or if driveable wear a pair of glasses to keep said appointment, they are screws don't bother with this Co., Seriously, call someone else

Great local place at the fraction of the cost of the chain stores that I priced. This is the second time that we have used them. While I don't want my windows to break I know where to go if I need them replaced.

Took 3 weeks to get an appointment and when I arrived was informed they didn't have my windshield and they couldn't work on the car. No attempt to call me in advance of the appointment . Completely incoherent excuse offered and nothing else for my 40 mile wasted roundtrip. I wanted to give small business my business but this one should go out of business. I'm still in shock.

Had a window replaced after someone busted mine out. Been a year or so now and they left broken glass inside the frame and now the driver window they replaced is so scratched up. Waste of money!!! Paid 140 just to have a scratched to hell driver side window. Absolutely do not recommendService: Auto power window repair

I made an appointment to have the A/C repaired on my Honda Civic and it was repaired at a very reasonable price compared to the Dealership. D&W has always done excellent work on my vehicles in the past.
