I just stopped in to CVS on Ashland Road and I just want to stay the employee that helped me her name is Destiny was the Pleasant and helpful person I have ever met in CVS. I haven't been on the side of town for a while because I moved but the CVS is really a nice store. Thank you Destiny for all your help and patience. You're much appreciated.

Terrible communication skills. We've had a couple bad experiences at this store now. Most recently we were waiting on a prescription to be back in stock for my son. I waited, calling in and checking if it was ready every couple days, only to finally find out that they never received the prescription from the doctor in the first place and it was at a different pharmacy waiting on us the whole time. I'd think that would be something they'd notice the first time I called. During all this we tried to transfer the same prescription to another pharmacy who did have it in stock. Instead of responding to the other pharmacy and explaining that they didn't have a prescription for my son the pharmacist told his staff "not to worry about it" and they instead just ignored the other pharmacy. I finally ended up figuring out where our prescription was and got it (2 weeks later) but the constant lack of helpful communication at this store wasted SO much of my time.

Chad is the only thing holding this place together. They didn’t even bother to contact me and let me know my medication was out. I’ve had nothing but issues with this place.

Chad is the ONLY REASON we have not switched pharmacies. The technicians are not trained properly, overworked and burned out. They are rude and unprofessional. You cannot get what you need without speaking to chad, something has to give. I worked at CVS for two years so i know when they are wrong. It’s ridiculous. CVS needs to allow more technician hours because im so sick of the horrible treatment. Shameful.

We went in to get the booster shot and got some OTC meds. The staff at pharmacy was very friendly. They went out their way to contact us after one of the items we purchased wasn’t put in the bag.

This place is an absolute joke!!! They are so rude to customers and you’d think the white cost tech wouldn’t be as bad but she’s the worst one!!! I’ll never use this place again!

The clerk working the early evening shift last night made me, and the woman checking-out before me, VERY uncomfortable. This clerk was disrespectful, snarky, unprofessional, and obviously extremely prejudice. I asked where a few items were and she just pointed and said, "Over there, you gotta get them yourself." As I was shopping this clerk was literally watching my every move, and yes there were more people in the store to watch other than me. I really felt as if this woman was going to try to harm me and I've NEVER felt that way at a CVS before, not even at the one on Trimble Rd. It's only after I called my friend, right in front of this clerk to let them know every item wasn't available, that this cashier decided to at least try to be decent. I did not like this visit at all!

We just moved into Mansfield last year for business expansion . I tried this pharmacy and it was absolutely the worst experience I have ever encountered with customer service. I am someone who has maintained the same medications for years. I was always denied refills or told they hadn’t received anything from the doctors. It’s pretty bad when your doctors nurse says, I think you may want to switch pharmacies! They talk to you horrible. I have never had to fight this hard for a simple refill. Unbelievable. PLEASE BEWARE HERE.

I have had only good experiences at this CVS over the past several years, in the pharmacy and the “up front” store. Everyone does their best to please the customer.

So.. I took my 70 year old mother into the store who had a major rash and wanted to talk to the pharmacist. Mind u she was wearing a mask but I was not I have a medical disability that prevents me from wearing a mask. And Barb McDonald the store manager made me leave because I wasnt wearing a mask. Leaving my 70 year old mother alone and confused. This is ridiculous. She is so rude. And we will not return to that store again.

Bad Experience!! Kimberly was extremely rude and made be feel very uncomfortable. I entered the store and she never acknowledged me. I looked around the store and walked to the counter to check out and had to wait a short period. I stood there up to 5 minutes and no cashier. Kimberly walked out from behind a door in the front of the store stating I thought you were still shopping and walked away. She returned shortly and gestured for me to come up to the register. I walked up to the counter and placed my merchandise on the counter. At that time Kimberly told me to turn my items around because the less she had to touch it the better. She refused to touch my merchandise and my receipt. Kimberly actions towards me made me feel uncomfortable. Please review camera footage to support these facts. I will never shop at this location again. I believe Kimberly is prejudice towards me. Thanks.

Went in to grab an item, stood at checkout for a good 10min, I was the only one in the store. When I finally found an employee and asked if she could help with checkout I got the response "I'm busy".
