Went through the drive through for a covid test. On the window at the drive through it said pharmacy was closed today. Would've been nice to receive a notification of this via call/text/email instead of wasting time when I feel sick. Tried to call the store to ask if this \\\"pharmacy closed\\\" also included lab covid testing (not home tests). Was answered by an automated voice machine that was no help. Didn't even get redirected to any human being to help answer my questions. I will be filing a complaint through CVS as well.

Well I came to pick up script before leaving for holiday either my family and I am unable to get my scripts because the store closed at 6 which is not notes on their site. Good thing I have enough medication to get me through until I return. I get me scripts here because my employer medical coverage requires it. Beyond annoyed with this store.

Yes, sometimes the staff is a little curt. They are Soooo very busy most of the time. My daughter lost her house in a fire recently and had just gotten a 30 day supply of SEIZURE meds for her daughter. Well her insurance refused to give her more (even with documented paperwork from the fire department) She couldn't afford the cost of the med so she left, trying to figure out where she could get the money. The CVS staff phoned her later and said they had figured out with coupons how to get the cost down to $30. She was ecstatic. They didn't have to do that. GOD BLESS THEM!
