Dealt with Rod.
- Dropped vehicle off on 06/19.
- Had not heard anything by 06/28. Wanted to give them plenty of time to conduct their business. Called a few times on the 28th, no answer & no voicemail set up.
- Stopped by the following Monday on 07/01/24. Sign in the window showing closed for the week for the holiday.
- Called on 07/08 & no answers. No voicemail set up. Called 07/09 & answered. My vehicle had been ready for almost 3 weeks, stated they could not make out my phone number. No attempts to call or try. Attached to this review is a photo of the last 4 of phone number in question.
- Stated no voicemail set up as to not play phone tag with customers.
I will say great pricing & work! Customer service, not so much.

GREAT FAST SERVICE. AFFORDABLE. KNOWLEDGABLE. SAFE. FRIENDLY.
MiniVan exhaust was damaged. I had noticed the smell of fumes were pretty strong for a few days. I went to start my van one February morning to let it warm up and I noticed the exhaust fumes were not coming out of the back exhaust pipe!.... the fumes were pouring out from under the driver/passenger doors. I called and got an appointment right away. (Within a week) I remember calling other shops and hearing it would be 2 months for an appointment.
I brought the van in and he had a diagnosis within 10 minutes. the muffler needed pieces replaced/welded/bolts in 2 different areas. It would take an hour. After husband gave the green light we were good to go ! And it was so quick ! If you get bored waiting you can walk half a block down to the big gas station. He was fast, efficient, and seemed super knowledgeable and I walked away feeling like it was a great value! $150 was great when I figured I would be walking into a $300 job. My husband took a look under the van later that day and was also impressed by the work and the price. (We are DIYers... not welders! Definitely leave this work to the professionals !!!!) They are so great here this is our new muffler shop!
Our previous muffler house in Galion closed so it's a great feeling knowing we have someone to rely on with any exhaust issues in the future. Very impressed and so glad I found Custom Exhaust Systems in Mansfield ! Definitely saved the day and saved me and my babies from breathing in those horrible fumes ! THANK YOU CUSTOM EXHAUST SYSTEMS!!!! ?

I am new to the area, and looking for a reputable business to install an aftermarket system on my Audi. Rod & the team there had it done in less time than I imagined, and for far less $ than I expected. This is the place to go go in Mansfield, trust me... I LOVE my car, and I trust them.
