Great office staff, but when it comes to delivery of our fuel oil there is no set time or date, they say it should be there today if not its tomorrow. Which is hard due to the fact we can't just sit around the house for 2-3 days waiting.

Glad we get propane from somewhere else. These folks cashed a friend's check, but never delivered the propane. Months later they want more money because their price increased since they cashed the check. Unbelievable.

Mike is a liar, so is Rodney the owner. Call around for propane prices people, trust me. BUY YOUR OWN TANK, I can't stress that enough. Wait for your taxes to come in and BUY your own so you can shop around for propane prices. You'll save enough money to buy the tank in ONE YEAR TRUST ME. Especially if you deal with Cole Distributing. Biggest POS liars in the propane market. Call around and ask for prices yourself, don't take my word for it.

Mark Cole from Coles distribution come to my house threatening me on Christmas Eve in front of my children, demanding money. I had to kick him out of my home and off my property. Just gave them a $500 payment in November and had no propane or heat and I have 3 young children. They would not fill my tank or give me any propane therefore I had another company DT out of Bucyrus come. Mark was telling the new service employee my personal life and says I don’t pay my bills. Trying to discourage them from taking me as a customer. Mark then took upon himself to run my debit card and take what last bit of money my kids and I had to eat on. Coles Distribution had my debit card info from previous month payment. This is not appropriate in any way shape or form. It’s not OK to do this when payments are being made. I have every right to switch service peacefully!
