Always has a long line and doesn't offer the services that most banks offer I needed a notary on several different occasions and it seems like they're never there or you have to have an appointment why do I have this bank if the services I need do not operate on a regular basis

I am on my way to my third ATM tonight. Simply trying to deposit my money and first two ATM's aren't working. This is the 3rd time this week having the same problem.
