“The work I asked for was done as requested. I also asked for normal routine maintenance while the car was on site. It is a 4 hr drive round trip for me to have service done at MMG. I want to get the most out of each trip. I am not convinced that my 90,000 mile service was done. I do not see it on my invoice. I asked the cashier specifically if it was done when she took my payment over the phone. She assured me it was and that my tires were rotated. I picked my car up after hours so I wasn’t able to talk to anyone. I don’t think it was done.”
