If I could give a negative 5 I would definitely do so. The boy/girl that works this location is very rude and disrespectful. I purchased a cheese and pepperoni bowl. When I opened it smelled soured the pepperoni was rotten. I took it back in and was told I can’t have a refund as he/she they/them was eating one and proceeded to put a piece of cheese in their mouth and get in my face and chew it after snatching the bowl from me. Still waiting on the corporate office to reach out to me. The first and last time I will ever go to a Duchess. They should not have a job how can you employ such nastiness of behavior. I will gladly spend my money somewhere else.

The only person that knows what they are doing is the manager. The boy/girl worker needs fired. I get the same 2 packs of cigarettes every day and I use my $1.00 coupon and when the boy/girl rings them up they never give me my buy 2 pack get $1.00 special. They ring it up to where I don't get my $1.00 off after comparing several months worth of receipts. Also I'm a gold member so I get special coupons on the app like the free drink over labor day. I tried to get my free drink and the boy/girl gets an attitude and throws her hands in the air and says idk how to use that coupon. Then made me dump my drink because I wasn't going to pay for it. Is it that hard to pick up the phone and call your boss? They didn't have a problem getting an attitude with me. And this is probably the 3rd time I've tried using the coupons. Is it that hard to ask your boss to teach you how to ring up some damn coupons! I ONLY go there anymore to get the RC cola. I buy my cigarettes at Speedway now. BEWARE, ONLY GO HERE IF YOUR NOT USEING COUPONS.

Stopped to get gas on our way home from out of state camping. Nice gas station easy to get in and out of. Had grass so my dog was able to get out and go potty.

Went into Bp to make a purchase, the current promo was buy two pack get $3.00 off. Brianna( Blonde hair shaved sided) didn't greet ANY of her customers as I stood in line. I entered my alt rewards she didn't out in that I had one. The order came to $18amd change. I asked her why didn't it take off the promo discount. She said she thought I was just paying, I told her I entered the alt id, she said she didn't know I had one. I asked her \"Did you ask\"? Then she proceeds to tell me she's not responsible for how it rings up with the promo! I asked her to void the transaction, which she didn't, she repeated the price and informed me it \"It took off $0.68\", to which I replied \"Does \"$0.68 for 2 packs add up to $3.00 off to you\"? She FINALLY voided the transaction. Rang their items again and with 2 discounts and the. promo came up to $14.25. I said, \"Well, look at that, was that so hard\"? She replied maybe you should try being nicer you, don't have to be rude\"! She felt stupid being corrected by a customer. She definitely needs additional training on how to speak to customers, she may run into one that's had a bad day with nothing to lose and FAAFO! Will be contacting corporate and the local store manager about her. Smh P.s. Lana and the rest of her crew are amazing. Never an issue with any of her other employees..
