If I could leave 0 stars I would! I got a phone Thursday it worked for 12 hours then stopped. Customer support tried everything they could then a lady tried for 4 hours to make it work. The owner said he couldn’t we changed the phone even though it hadn’t even been 24 hours. I needed this phone because my medical devices that keep me alive are connected to it. I ended up in the hospital due to their negligence. Horrible experience! I lost money going through them and lost even more money having to go through a different company! My whole family switched from boost because of this!

yes I lost my phone on a Thursday and the same evening had me another phone thanks to the lovely Lady working that helped me out the best way she could I was really satisfied with what I got and how quick I got it great customer service thank you boost mobile Ontario Ohio!!

Customer service rep sold me a phone with a rainbow Sim that he knew wasn't working. I paid for march services that did not work due to faulty sim. Multiple stores, agents and tickets have been trying to help me. Nothing has worked. Park ave store phone has been ringing and ringing with no answer. Boost will not credit my account considering they was paid for services they couldnt provide. Nor will they reimburse me for a phone they know isn't working.

Shay was awesome.. my wife broke her screen she got me a new phone at a great price with case screen and charger block and she found a solution to bring over contacts and pictures when everything else failed. Thanks shay
