I brought a vehicle from them that original cost 5000 . I put 1600 down , I was told the rest I could get finances with interest from the place who was doing the financing (which I found out at the end they was the financers ). Majority of the time I paid double payments a month to hurry up and pay the vehicle off early which I was told at time of purchase if paid off early you will save 1100 interest. After exactly one year I had one payment left I thought but I was wrong, even though they claim my loan was for 2 years. I was told that I owe 1600 dollar more , I said that 1600 was my down payment , you never deducted it from purchase price. I was told no that was for Gap insurance which I had full coverage when I brought it. Why did I need Gap Insurance and you made me get full coverage before I drove it off the lot. I refuse to pay 1600 more dollars that you already received as a down payment. I was told they was going to repo my car if they did not receive the 1600. I'm disabled and need my car for Dr appointment out of town. I end up giving the 1600. I end up paying 8100 dollars for a car that didn't last two years . My question is if it my 1600 was for Gap insurance and you never had to use it, it should have been refunded back to me. I don't recommend them at all.

Purchased a vehicle December 17th at 2pm, engine light came on by 7pm. Code reader said the catalytic converter needed replaced. I wasn’t going to write a bad review because Jacob offered to check the issue and make sure we knew exactly what it was then fix it. Sounds great right? Not only did I have to call and text constantly for over a month for it to get done, they took my car for 3 days to “fix” what he said was an O2 sensor…. I got my car back at 10am that day and went straight to work and by the end of my shift I came out to start my car with the magic engine light RIGHT back on my dash. So they fixed absolutely nothing on top of the car having trouble starting randomly whenever it wants, the heat doesn’t blow past luke warm, something in the wheels sounds like a pop can is dragging. Too many issues for a car I paid $5,600 of my hard earned cash for. All of this prompted me to write this review and I also want to save anyone from spending their hard earned money on a lemon. It’s possible I just had bad luck and you may get a decent car but be sure to check because they will absolutely tell you nothing or something minor is wrong. Car is waaayy over priced for the issues and hassle. Signed a momma with a 5 month old who’s currently in my car trying to get it to start ?

Jacob helped us and he did a great job. He wasn’t push and he made us feel totally comfortable. He even stayed late and helped us get a very good deal on the car we wanted.

I bought cash a transit connect 37 days ago and and they told they are going to send me the title to my home and until now I haven't received it yet. I have been calling and calling and the only thing they know to say is “the person in charge is not here, call later” one more thing they made pay for the temporary plates.
Don't buy cars here with cash. If you do, make sure they get the title on the same day. I bought one that has been in cash for more than a month and until now they haven't given me the title. When I call they only know to say that the person in charge is not there. Call later or they will call. One more thing. You have to buy the temporary plates.
