Place is a joke. Don't recommended them to fix a bicycle!! One of the mechanics fixed my winch now won't give it back. No charge repair but won't give back now. No communication. Bad attitude. Shady operation. Don't go here.

I cannot praise this team enough. I was driving from Cincinnati to Akron when suddenly smoke started coming out from under my hood about a mile south of the Mansfield exit coming north on 271. I limped the car slowly to the Walmart just off the exit.. they weren’t able to look at it, but there was a kind stranger there that directed me to B&B. I slowly but surely got the car the 5 miles over to them and I am so very grateful I did.I have never felt more cared for in a shop. From the minute I walked in and greeted by Bob I felt I was in a clean and safe environment, and they were going to figure out what happened. Matt asked me lots of questions, and Rob got to work on figuring it out. Nearest we could figure was the oil was overfilled and blew out on the engine causing all the smoke. They cleaned up the mess in my engine, and got me back on my way.I will be forever grateful for their kindness, and HIGHLY recommend the shop. Honest and kind people. If I lived closer to Mansfield they’d be my shop for life.If you see this, many thanks guys!

I was told somewhere else I needed almost $3000 worth of work, took my car here and they did if for half the price! Bob the owner treats you like family and will tell you what needs fixed now and what can wait. Matt does excellent work is quick and efficient and very kind. You will not find a better place to fix your car in Mansfield! If I could give them more then five stars I would.

When I took my car here for an inspection I was told I needed almost $2,300 worth of work done. So then I got two other opinions and that wasn't the case, per the other sources I only needed $300-$350 worth of work done.
