I was just at Auto Zone on Lexington Ave. They were TERRIFIC. I spoke mostly with Kylie who was helpful, pleasant, and was willing to go the extra mile. She and the manager, Steven, went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. Cannot say enough about the positive experience I had with them.
