Jordan was very knowledgeable and professional. Let us take our time picking out a livingroom group and even turned pieces upside-down so we could view the construction. Answered all our questions and we never felt pressured to buy something. Highly recommend.

My experience at Ashley’s home furnishings in Mansfield Ohio was exceptional. I was able to freely roam the showroom leisurely yet still attended to at a very comfortable distance by Ricardo.
The merchandise that I chose was exactly what I was looking for. Home decor, accessories were also right up my alley.

We walked in the door and were greeted by Ricardo! He was very helpful and he went through many options with us and he was so nice he actually moved furniture around in the store so that we could get a better idea of what things looked like together! We would highly recommend Ashley furniture and we would highly recommend asking for Ricardo!!!

We came in to Ashley's to look at living room furniture. We were greeted by Chad Robinson, he asked if we needed any help and we told him that we were just browsing, checking out sofas, asked if we needed anything to drink as we were looking, he said he would let us look and check back with us, he came back and checked on us, chatted with him while we were checking some more and we ended up with a couple choices, there was no pressure whatsoever, so we decided what we wanted, it was a 2pc sectional with the chaise on the left, we got home and remeasured and and decided we needed the chaise on the right side. Called Chad up and told him we needed to change it, so he fixed the paperwork to show the change and we didn't have to go back to the store. Thank you!! Excellent service!!

Chad is the best sales representative! He was very nice and straight to the point. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and we were in and out of the store in about 15mins.
