I came home to a pup emergency and they immediately got Mac in to be seen. They were swift and very diligent in covering their bases to make sure nothing was wrong on a deeper level than some unexplained eye and jaw swelling.

We were established clients and had an emergency with one of our animals. We left a message on the “emergency” voicemail but never received a call back. When I was finally able to call today when I got off work, they gave me an option for an appointment 20 minutes from the time I was calling, or wait until the next day. I explained I was too far away to make it in 20 minutes, but that’s all they could offer. Thankfully, I was able to find another office that had vets that actually care about animals. Our dog had to be euthanized. The outcome wouldn’t have been any different if they would have seen him sooner, but his suffering would have been less.

Dr. Burkhart is fantastic with all of the pets we have brought to her throughout the 15 years we have been there. Our cats, dogs, birds and snakes have all received top notch care from her, and she has always been kind and compassionate to them and also to us. 10/10 recommend their office.

I have 2 pups I bring to AMC and they are amazing!! The staff genuinely cares for each individual animal they bring in. They give nothing but love and attention to my dogs every time we go in there! I will continue to bring any animal I have there and recommend to anyone who needs a vet

I repeatedly asked pricing and yet was charged double when I picked up my dogs. I was told, before scheduling their stay, that it was $18 per night. When I asked if that doubles since we have two dogs I was told that it’s just $18/night if they can share a run. When I picked them up the charge was double what we had budgeted for and when I asked why I was told the price is “$18/run.” When we asked why they didn’t share a run, we were told, “Oh! They did share a run, but it’s $18 per dog.” So now, not only was I charged double what we had planned, I have no idea if my nervous pups were in the same run together or not. We will not be using them again since we cannot count on them to be consistent with their pricing quotes.

Full service with vet care, doggie daycare, grooming and boarding. Very, very nice and helpful staffing. My dogs are happy.

I found myself in an emergency situation with my 5 month old puppy. I was there within 10 minutes of my phone call and I received nothing but amazing service and more importantly KINDNESS from the receptionist to the tech and the amazing Dr herself. My pup required surgery and as imagined, I became extremely emotional. I was walked through the entire procedure by the Dr herself and she was very thorough and honest about everything. She called me right after the surgery to assure me he did great. She then called me every morning and evening for the next 2 days just to let me know how he was progressing. I truly could not have asked for a better, more compassionate and amazing staff!!! Thank you all!!!
