From the start, we have been treated poorly! My family suffered a house fire In 2020 we were Initially approved then suddenly denied a rental and the landlord made 3 different excuses as to why. I had to contact the legislature to get into a place. We have been bullied since we moved in. For six straight months we were harassed then a fake Facebook was created in an attempt to get rid of us this fake person tagged me in posts I was able to prove my innocence then about 6 months later a warrantless entry took place and the housing authority was involved. I am now suing in federal court for the violation of my civil rights and to top it off a retaliatory eviction has been filed against us

These houses and apt.Are run down needs so much work done to them.And they refuse do do the maintenance on them when turned in by residents. Floors falling in , doors need maintenance to be open properly. Needs all new flooring, also walls need painted. Very poor management.

You can NOT get anyone to return your calls. Has taken over two year to respond to damages to my rental. (still not address this to date). today is 4-9-2020 and i have not received tax papers. very poor management!
