Have had them since 1999. They have never raised my bill nor charged me fuel surcharges, even when all of the other companies were doing so. They are reliable and reasonable.UPDATE 2023: They have raised my bill a couple of times but it's still very reasonable compared to other companies in the area. Service is still excellent.
