“If I could give 10 stars I would! In the midst of already having way too much on our plate, our cat let us know they were most likely suffering from a UTI. We're newer to the area, so I ended up calling probably 8 different vets and Little Miami Veterinary Services were able to squeeze us in the next day. Much to our surprise the cat we thought was the one who was sick actually was not, it was our other cat. And they again were wonderful to work with and squeezed us into their very busy schedules and we are forever grateful. They are exceptionally knowledgeable and explained everything thoughtfully and thoroughly. They were all so kind, gentle and caring with not only my cats but with myself. Never once did I feel nervous about leaving my cats in their care. They treated them as if they were their own pets. I will definitely be telling everyone I know who is looking for a vet that this is the only place they should go. Thank you for everything!”
“Dr Harris and all of the techs are the absolute best. Cincinnati should feel honored to have such wonderful human beings in the area who are willing to provide this type of service at the price they do. 8 years ago Dr Harris gave us extra time with our cat Rex who had cancer and did all she could to help him along that part of his journey. We recently had to have our dog Diesel diagnosed by her and her staff. We never received such a thorough diagnosis from another other doctor as the one she did on Diesel. She got us all the answers we needed and was able to get him on a medication that will hopefully help Diesel along this final part of his journey. Their prices are extremely reasonable. Dr Harris is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Again, Cincinnati should feel lucky to have a place like this to take their pets.”
“Hopewell Animal Hospital in Loveland will always be my go-to for vet services because of Dr. Jennifer Polis and Brandy. While everyone that works there is fantastic, Dr. Polis and Brandy are extraordinary. They give so much love, and are so committed to every pet they see. From cuddling with sick pups on the floor of the clinic to offering the best care an animal can receive, this dream team does it all. The compassion and clinical knowledge they possess is unmatched. I can't imagine taking my pet anywhere else.”

“We took our new puppy to East Hills once we got her since it was close to where we lived. They have been so great over the last year and Maggie is never scared to go there. I love that we can always get in and once there they are respectful of our time. We always get follow up calls to check in the day after the visit. “I'm actually shocked I have not written a review on Day Heights yet, because I absolutely adore them!! When we first moved to the area we tried 7 Hills because it was closest to our house, however they were so rude and tried to give my cat to some random person because they don't actually care about your pet. Then we found Day Heights and this RAISED THE BAR for my vet experiences. Every time we schedule they help us to see the same vet, regardless of it's the cat or the dogs that need an appointment. She knows us, knows our pets and treats them with us in mind. She's honest, gives advice for our puppy, is patient with her and just loves on her so hard. I've never met such a great care team. When I was being overly worried about my kitten getting a scratch they did not laugh me off or judge me, they took it very seriously, scheduled me right away and did a thorough inspection to help calm my worries. Even when we brought our puppy to the vet when bad diseases were in the area, they took every precaution to ensure my little girl was safe and would not come in contact with anything. I don't know what we would do without Day Heights. I cannot recommend them enough. They've been absolutely wonderful to our family.”

“I was so scared to bring my Igor to an exotic vet. I’ve heard so many horror stories of vets who say they’re exotic, but have no experience or any idea on what they’re talking about. Anyways my little guy had to have anesthesia in order to remove a very clogged duct/pore. They were able to squeeze him in on the same day after the initial examination. The Dr did an AMAZING job and explained everything on what he was going to do. I would trust him with all of my other exotic pets that I have. Thank you so much for all that you do :)”

“I can not say enough good things about the entire staff at Milford Animal Hospital. Yesterday I hauled my potbelly pig there for a hoof trim and the doctors and support staff went above and beyond to get it done. My pig wouldn't get out of the trailer so the staff gathered in the trailer to do the trimming, and when one of the tools wasn't able to get through her hooves easily Dr. Chelsea sent staff around to local businesses to see if anyone had a tool that would make a cleaner cut. Through out the entire process everyone was so kind and professional. I would recommend Milford Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a new veterinarian.”

The third vet I tried went corporate and judgemental of me, so I was fired as a client.Both my vets have caring staff and try to work you in if at all possible.After hours, I go to the emergency vets in Centerville.”

“The Doctors and Christine get 4 stars for their compassion and care. The front desk however is a zero. I have always felt rushed in and out of there, interrupted, and dismissed. I leave feeling “it’s all about the money” the second I leave the treatment room. When I call, it’s just as bad if not worse. I have put up with it because of the DOCTORS. After today I can no longer do that. While sitting in my car crying about the urgency of my cat needing to go from there to the ER, they were more concerned about me forgetting my wallet. I get it…pay for services rendered. But no grace or compassion for a first time considering the circumstances? You have my records of over 10 years. I’ve never missed an appointment or had a card decline. I never name called, or cursed you as you walked away from me. I was calling out in distress, and as usual, you talked down to me, dismissing my feelings, treating me like a child, which was embarrassing because I was crying like one! Like I said in the parking lot, I get the construction is wearing you all down but to treat people WORSE than you USUALLY DO because of it? Not acceptable. Notice I’m not calling you out by name but you know who you are. I’m hoping you will learn from it. I sure did. I’ll never forget my wallet again. Thank you Doctors (especially Davis) and Thank you Christine for calming me down before I left. That was truly a blessing to me. I sincerely hope the construction goes as planned and will give you a positive work environment for all.”
“My horse was very sick and Lebanon Equine came out and took the time to help with her. They came out multiple times to hang fluids and check on her. The vets are very helpful and text frequently. They helped save my horse and I will forever be grateful. They gave her a chance when I was told by my usual vet to just put her down. I have since switched to Lebanon Equine and they will be my vet from now on. I highly recommend them !!!!!! Moonshine is now back to herself and you can't tell she was ever sick . Thankyou all again!!!!”

“Dr. Klaiber is so kind! The staff was very nice. I brought my 3 dogs for their annual exams and vaccines. My one is a previous abuse victim and frequent flier at the vet, so she gets very anxious. The doc and staff went slow and offered her treats and she did great. Dr. Klaiber was very thorough and knowledgeable. Thank you!”
