came in with 3 friends to a busy ice cream counter, to which we decided we would sit and wait in order to not overwhelm the workers. we started to color and got distracted and didn’t realize they weren’t busy anymore to which we were yelled at by the woman at the counter “Are you guys gonna order or did you just come here to color??” to which we said we would be ordering and she then very rudely yelled “Well can we help you?!” All of my friends and I work in a high stress food and beverage environment and not even in our busiest time would we treat someone like this. Was very ridiculous and her attitude needs to be corrected

Guy with white hair at the counter was very rude as i was checking out. The fact that a normal bag of chips is $6+ there is insane. Will not be going back.

Good coffee with my creamer in the big bottles so it helps cool your coffee off & they usually have my husband's creamer too. Carmel Macchiato, and Chocolate Caramel. If you have these 2 creamers, your my kind of store! Thank you! Some employees are a little rude but most of them are nice.

lady there did NOT sound like she wanted to work there. had a rude tone but wasn’t being that rude or anything. review would be 3.5/5 if i could but it doesn’t definitely deserve 4 stars.

Horrible customer service. The middle aged woman working there tonight made me feel like I was bothering her by asking if they were still serving milkshakes. Had a bad attitude with me the whole time and slammed things around. Forgot to put M&M’s in my shake and seemed irritated when she had to add them in. The milkshake tasted awful too, very watered down. I’ve had milkshakes here before and they have never tasted this bad. As someone who works in customer service, I would never treat someone like this. I felt incredibly unwelcome. I will never be returning to this location.

The app is awful. Used to be simple, now all of the sudden I have to put in every peice of personal information just to use it. The stores have all gone way down hill so for this company to make the app difficult to actually use and is in no way user friendly user friendly is crazy, so since my app froze up I was supposed to literally call customer service- who does that with an app, and give allmy personal information to some stranger over the phone?? Super weird and not worth the hassle. Speedway is much better

I wish gambling was legal here in Ohio. If it was I would bet $20 dollars every time I walk in there that they are out of coffee and they either do not have enough staff and no manager or they are standing around talking.
