Very convenient gym, I don't have to drive far to get here. Local space with friendly people, and low priced for the quality and the convenience it offers. Not crowded, either, so it's kind of like having your own private gym

I love this gym! It’s close to home, only about a 10 minute trip. The equipment is clean and looks new. I feel like I’m getting a great deal here because of the low prices. I also really appreciate that the gym has open 24-7 access that can accommodate my workout schedule. All in all, I would recommend this gym to anyone in the area.

A little small and cramped but has everything you need for a great workout! Freeweight area was pretty spacious. Just the machine and treadmills were cramped. Lots of equipment for a small location. I was with my family at Great Wolf Lodge and had to go here to workout. Great Wolf has no machines or free weights! !

I really like the atmosphere of the gym. Those who do show up are very friendly and the space is not too big or crowded so it’s really nice to come here if you’re self conscious like me and don’t enjoy a lot of people working out around you at the same time. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to people looking for a whole lot of specific kinds of equipment, but this gym has pretty good quality stuff so if you’re into quality over quantity I would highly recommend. One thing I wish Maineville would get is Fitness on Demand but unfortunately the last gym it was available at, the Mason one, has closed, so I’m hoping that comes back. Other than that, it’s a great gym. Definitely worth a try

We have been overcharged 4 out of the last 6 months. We have tried to reach out to you via phone (voice mail is always full) also stopped into the gym to resolve with no resolution! When stopping in we were told the owner would contact us.......Never happened. Please give us a call to correct the billing issues. 303-345-5075

I would definitely not recommend this gym to anyone! I joined probably 1-2 years ago and all was good. Paid my dues month after month and never had many issues. As I got busy, I had less and less time to attend the gym so ended up working out in my neighborhood gym.
This began turning into a charge I passively was paying and hadn't got around to attempting to cancel. Long story short... I ended up getting a new credit card due to some fraudulent charges (not associated with Snap Fitness) so I was issued a new card. Being this charge kind of became an afterthought, I didn't think much about it. I ASSUMED that it would be like any other service or subscription that was "month to month" but boy was I WRONG.
Randomly log into an old phone mailbox I hadn't checked for a while (old phone number was associated to my account) they had left tons of messages trying to say I "owe" money when I didn't even access the gym in months and they knew my card was declined. Absolutely 0 attempt at physically mailing me a past due statement to let me know.
They forced me to come in the gym during their extremely limited hours M-Thurs 3pm-7pm and briefly on Saturday. I was required to pay around $75 for 1-2 months that I supposedly owed but didn't use. All this trouble to sign a tiny half piece of paper, they couldn't just e-mail or mail me?
I finally made it! Within their crazy inconvenient hours for anyone who works a 9-6. Not that it appears anyone with the business cares as they don't respond to any of these reviews... but I hope your $75 is worth a one star review on a platform everyone uses to determine where they go before they sign up for anything!

I paid $25 for a trial pass and when I found out they didn't have a bench/squat rack, I decided to pursue other options. I returned the key and they said they would "send me a check" for my $25, but I never received it. Poor service and unreliable establishment

For starters, it is a great club. However I have called a few times and tried several times to stop by when I remember they used to have people there for staffing hours. I've left voice mails... I never get a call back. It's impossible to cancel. I've had to "freeze" my account for a few months because I can never get a person there to be able to cancel my membership. I work three jobs... I don't have time for this dang run around. I can't cancel at the mason location which seems to always be staffed but it's not my "home" so it's not allowed. However when I called to join, they were incredibly easy to get ahold of but when I call to cancel? It's impossible. I am so frustrated. I had considered keeping the membership since my job isn't as far from the gym but the lack of communication from them? I'm out. I have nothing against the employees personally, they were always nice. Ugh.

This is probably the worst gym in the area. The gym is dirty and outdated and the staff is not friendly. It took me over 3 months to get in contact with someone to cancel my member ship, which was an unauthorized charge on my account. I would recommend Anytime fitness right across the street.
