I would like to speak with the owner of this place of business I was a customer there till I was told that I took to long there I am going speak with a lawyer over how I was treated and there may be a law suit in the near future

I'm a frequent customer of this location. The outdoor areas are always tidy and cleaned up. Gas prices are within the market. Inside the facility is well kept and clean. Employees are always attentive and friendly.

Fantastic mini mart and gas station! ? Fair prices on gas, excellent selection of products, and amazing customer service! If you are in the Maineville area, it is definitely worthwhile to stop by this Shell location! I highly recommend it! ? ?

When I came in, everyone was wearing a mask (only me & 2 employees). As I was leaving, someone came in without a mask & they were quickly asked by the woman at the counter to wear a mask.She was polite about it, but asked more than once as the customer was being difficult with her.I drive 40k+ miles every year & stop at plenty of gas stations, it’s nice to know at least some of them care about the public’s well-being more than personal politics. In fact, I recently wrote a 1-star review for another gas station nearby, and I’m likely to start coming to this station more now & even after the mask mandate is over.

Told to wear a ? and employee was incredibly rude. Made a scene after I respectfully declined and said I had a medical condition that didn't allow it. I've been a customer for 15+ years and will not be coming back or changing the review unless the owner wants to discuss.
