From all of the pet resorts that I've encountered over the past 15 years, Red Dog Pet Resort is the most organized, cleanest and most professional. Very happy they're close by and care about pets so much.

I was initially excited to find a new daycare for our dog but I was disappointed how things were handled after our evaluation appointment. We have a 2 year old Aussie that has been exposed to all types and sizes of dogs since we got her as a pup. Understandably so she was anxious to go to a new place but has always done well with other dogs. As the morning progressed we checked in on her and for the most part was easing into the day. No real issues except dogs trying to mount her, not a big deal that’s what dogs do. She would snap back as a defensive measure, a normal reaction I would suppose. I was called at midday to inform us that she had failed the evaluation because she was defensive and made the other dogs nervous and would not be able to come back. I was surprised because we had never been told of this behavior anywhere else. I asked specifically why was she failed when she seemed to be going through the day without problems. I was told again ,in the beginning she was snapping at other dogs. I reiterated that the only snapping was done because she was continually being humped by a larger white dog. I asked if she had eaten her food, I was told she spilled her food on the floor and she did not eat. I informed them that is how she eats and to make sure they try again later. I was told ok.15 minutes later I was called to inform us that they had made a mistake and wrote the wrong information on my dogs evaluation and that the other dog had failed instead. I do not understand if the attendant monitoring the dogs for evaluation is writing the information down how could the mixup occur? Clearly the attendant was not paying attention, as most of the time her back was to the dogs and unable to provide an accurate evaluation.I would not recommend this place to anyone that wants their pets to taken care of not not be deceived

I had a disappointing experience at Red Dog Pet Resort and Spa. The staff seemed more interested in their phones than attending to the dogs. My dog encountered uncomfortable situations with other dogs attempting to hump, and the staff appeared indifferent. Additionally, I found the staff to be dishonest in describing my dog's behavior. Despite the fact that I had the live feed on my phone/work monitor and was able to witness what was happening. This further diminished my trust in their ability to care for my pet. I would not recommend it.

I have a sweet, gentle, slightly anxious dog that I was so nervous to board. I’ve worked in boarding so I know how it can be for a girl like mine. I recently had to go out of state for 8 days and was recommended red dog by a family friend. I did daycare every day along with a regular suite. I was ready to get a call that she was too anxious or destructive and needed to be picked up. I was WRONG . She did exceptionally well! And the staff had amazing things to say about her! Their prompt replies to my emails eased my worries as the days passed. Their live feed daycare camera feed proved everything positive thing they said about her stay! She came home happy! We now attend daycare regularly throughout the week! The staff in the front, especially Spencer, are always so kind and greet my girl with such love! Can’t get better than this!

Our 2 goldens love coming to DayCare !! They have a great time and the employees really are attentive and care for our fur babies. We also love that there is camera access to check on daycare to see them through the day. 10/10 recommend this location.

This was our first experience leaving our pup at a doggy day care. Our first impressions was the professionalism of the staff and check in process. I also noticed that upon entering there were no dog smells as you might expect at a dog spa. We were at ease leaving our fur baby with them as they give you the ability to view in real time the day care room via a web app . When we returned to pick up we were given a tour back to the small dog play room where we saw all the dogs happy and clean. The outside play area is artificial turf which is also a plus as a previous day care we only visited had mulch and dirt for the outside play area. We have already booked a return stay !!

I have a 6 year old French Bull and he has never been boarded; I was concerned. Everything worked out well and will use RDPR&S in the future. Very professional group. Thank you for the care to my pal.

My vet recommended Red Dog to board our cat who has some extra medical needs during our vacation. I was so worried about leaving him but as soon as i walked in I felt relief. The staff was very thorough with taking notes about his medications and diet needs and very accommodating . My cat has issues maintaining a good weight and I was worried that the stress of being in an unfamiliar place would make him lose even more but when we picked him up he was heavier when we left him (in a good way)! Thank you so much for taking care of our chip!

the only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that the policies online didn't match what I was told on the phone, mainly how to prepare for your pet's stay. so, I would just say to new clients to call the location a few days prior to your visit to clearly understand what is required. otherwise the staff were nice, the cat area in particular was clean and quiet and I liked that I was able to look at my cat's report card (as well as talk with staff) about her visit since this was the first time she was kenneled. my cat came home with no issues and her report card was also good so I will use this kennel again in the future.

I love Red Dog Pet Resort & Spa. Employees are always friendly and love the animals. I'm amazed at how they know what dog(s) belong to you as soon as you walk in the door. Service is usually fast. The dogs I take to Red Dog look forward to going there everyday.I would highly recommend them for your furry family members.Betsy

Red Dog Pet Resort & Spa is the worse place I could have left my dog. When I picked him up after a week of him being in the Red Dog Pet Resort. My dog had been left to lay in his own waste. He had developed a bacterial infection in his fur and skin. My dog was neglected while he was there and the proof is the infection. I will never trust this place again with any animal I own. I did not want to give even 1 star to this place but, could not post without giving at least one star. To bad they don't have a negative star.

We are happy leaving our older dog boarding at Red Dog. It’s nice being able to see how he’s doing during daycare on the webcams. Love that they offer Sunday daycare now too.
