The staff are nice hardworking individuals who spend their valuable time helping out the people of PNC as intended; the negative reviews are from incompetent people for sure.

If this branch doesn't do deposits or withdrawals, what the heck is its purpose!? I run deposits for the business I'm employed by, and there is no way for me to handle those through the ATM.I've banked with PNC since 2010 and they keep closing branches and limiting the remaining branch's ability to actually service customers... is it time to just find new bank altogether??

Make sure to call all the other PNC Branches in the area and ask them if they do Deposits and Withdrawals as well. Apparently in Ohio not all Branches do that?

Terrible bank, happy to know this before I used them. Went to the branch to open a new checking account and the staff was worried it would take an hour to complete the task. Pretty ironic when you can open an account online in under 15 minutes.

Horrible customer service ... to the point of being rude (except for Robin). I am in their private banking group and they have made numerous mistakes on my account… Including costing me $1,000 by failing to properly reduce a withholding amount after I submitted the paperwork six weeks in advance. Their response: “My bad. I’m so sorry..”. Contacted PNC corporate only to get shuffled around to four different people. I was ultimately told there was nothing the bank could do about it even though they admitted the mistake in writing. Horrible location as well.

The worst customer service and the branch manager is just as worse, Amy! They have zero follow through and lack of communication is horrible. DO NOT GO HERE if you expect to get anything loan wise accomplished. Choose another lender!!!!

This is the worst bank I have ever been to in my entire life....I wanted to cash a check over $1,000 in $100s.... 35 agonizing minutes later of waiting in the drive thru I'm given 1s and 20s (it was the correct amount but annoying as hell) they were not busy at all other than the ATM machine so there is absolutely no excuse... they also did not want to cash my check at first and had to deposit it then make me Ask to withdraw it.
