“I went to the Lebanon Kroger to pick up my daughter’s prescription as they told me they would have it ready by 8pm. Well when I arrived they told me they were out of stock. But were kind enough to tell me Maineville has it in stock. I called Maineville pharmacy at 7:40 and spoke to Alan the pharm tech. He was so kind. I told him my gps said I would be there at 8:01. I ran through the store to get there at 8pm. He was waiting for me. Anbreen was the pharmacist on duty. That was great customer service. Kroger needs more Alan’s!”
“I get my prescriptions here. I have a lot of prescriptions that I unfortunately have to take. They always do their best to make them available to me in groups so I don't have to make like 10 trips to the pharmacy. They are always kind and helpful.”

Shady is extremely helpful too when he works- always takes time to answer any dosing questions and help me find OTC products that I’ve overlooked.”
