I have used the services of this company multiple times. Each time has been to determine property boundaries.
Communication has been excellent. They respond to all queries and concern and make certain that there is complete satisfaction with the service.
A recent boundary survey required walking through hundreds of yards of hill covered in woods and brush. They were happy to have me follow and added additional stakes and ribbons to allow easy visualization of the entire boundary line.
Responsive, polite, and professional. I strongly recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again.

We just bought a house last summer in Deerfield township and wanted to do some yard work plus put up a fence this spring. Lutz replied within 24 hours to my call, quoted me, and were able to schedule me quickly. They came today and did an excellent job. Walked me through my land and explained everything. I highly recommend them. They're very competitive and reasonably priced! Thank you for your help!

Such a professional job done! We are beyond pleased. We had a property line dispute and they came out, addressed both of us together and showed us clearly where the boundary line was. They also staked every so often so we could install a fence. They were professional, kind and willing to answer all our questions. We will be highly recommend Lutz's surveying to everyone!
