DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! My mother took my daughter and a friend to get their nails done for my daughter’s birthday. Not only did they do nothing that my kids wanted. But they made sure what they did was way more expensive than what they wanted. They also look terrible! The nails are not straight and look awful. And the nail polish isn’t even painted on straight. Honestly cannot believe my mother even paid for this. Will never be returning here and will advise others not to as well. Also do not appreciate forcing my under age daughter to write a 5 star review for you! Will definitely be reporting you to the BBB

I reflected for a day to try to gather the thoughts here. First thing, Tammy is very kind. I had no problem with customer relations. However, that's the best of it. I came in looking for the "deluxe pedicure." Being seated, the tech seemed to be rushing. Cuticle solvent was not left on for more than 15 seconds before work. Cuticles were not pushed back fully or clipped clean. My feet are still very rough. This could also be due to the fact that when questioned about lotion, she stated it was "in the sugar scrub" and therefore I received no lotion massage. There was also no clay masque used. I was appreciative of the smoothing of my nail bed, but the polish is uneven because it hangs on leftover cuticle. Lastly, she asked another tech, Ann, to do the artwork. I asked for dot Flowers made with a polish tool which was used during the service, so it was obviously available. What I was given was a rushed weird version of flowers that were uneven, blotchy, and on different parts of the nail, leaving them not symmetrical. I am a stylist of 19 years and have never seen anything like this. Once I was under the dryer, the tech was quick to leave and go to her car. I think this salon would be smart to examine their advertising versus the services they deliver. The service I received was not worth the $45 I paid.
