I really like the quality of the materials used in the whole look of the shower. I'd highly recommend them if you're thinking of getting something done in your bathroom.”

“I purchased a Basco framed pivot swing door almost 2 years ago but, because of myriad reasons, I failed to replace the door (the same door installed when we had the house built 30 years ago) until now. When I began installing it, I noticed the parts pack with hinges, screws, etc, were not in the box. Fortunately, I had the email recept bought through Lowe's in my email. I sent all the info, including the email order to Basco and was assisted by the delightful Michelle Grau who sent the parts pack without hesitation! “We used Cincinnati Kitchens to renovate our kitchen as well as a few other drywall jobs around the house. We mainly worked with Jen and she was extremely attentive and detail-oriented. She had a detailed plan and kept us updated every step of the way, also ensuring that her team was sticking closely with the plan and the timeline. We experienced the typical delays you encounter with major renovations but Jen ensured these were few-and-far between and their impact on the overall timeline were negligible.
