I've been with this storage for a while now and when I was late I would have preferred them call me but we made arrangements to get me caught up on my payments. However they did mess up on there end and the staff needs to better communicate with each other. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. However over all it's a cheap safe place to store your belongings

Pricing is solid and overall a very solid option for me currently. Facility is maintained appropriately, however on a very cold day their keypad became frozen and almost prevented me from accessing my storage. Overall great place, however they should consider switching to newer keypads.

Fortress in Maineville is a wonderful place to secure. I feel my items are safe there. Stephanie, the Office Manager, is just a PLEASURE to work with. Her customer service skills are top notch!! I give Fortress Storage in Maineville an A+ rating and highly recommend.

Bobbie is incredible and such an absolute joy to work with! She makes the renting process easy, straightforward, and with no hidden fees or agenda. My unit was pristine, clean, and incredibly spacious for a 5x10! Very tall units so you can stack until your heart desires. 24/7 code access to your unit, automatic monthly withdraws so payment is a breeze. And a 10-day notice when you're ready to end your lease. 10/10 would recommend and I would give Bobbie 100 stars if I could...truly can't ask for a better renting experience!
