Incredibly great value!
I was quoted about $650 for a broken AC repair, and during the repair they said I'd need another $300 for a new part. The part was nowhere near that much online, it was going for about 130-200, so I felt like I was getting screwed. When I got there to pickup and pay for my car, the total bill was only $350. Turns out they found the part for only $109! These guys are great!

Honest people here who care about their customers and only recommend what's necessary. Their prices are much better than anywhere else. I had several things quoted at many different shops, and elite beat them all by a significant margin. In the end, they also recommended not doing a few things that other places claimed were necessary. It can sometimes be a bit of a wait scheduling with them, but totally worth it!

I have been quite the loyal customer at the shop for the last probably 5 to 6 years. I’ve always been given reasonable prices. I’ve always been satisfied with repairs and they used to always be honest with me.
I have never had strong consistency with vehicles, and recently I purchased an older vehicle and took it to the shop to do the usual car inspection .
It did not take very long and it was only a measly $30, but explain to me why they told me that I had coolant in my oil, I had leaky transmission lines, I had a busted head gasket, and that there was some issues with my inner tie rods ? They didn’t even offer to fix any of it or to give me a quote.
Emily at the desk just simply told me that if it’s a busted head gasket that she would rather put a new motor in it. I don’t have theluxury of $5,000 to $10,000 at my disposal. So either your business is not doing very well or you were simply trying to sell me a motor.
I took my car to AAA Bob Sumrell to get a second opinion, being a AAA member I was able to get a free diagnostic, and they didn’t find a damn thing wrong with the car. There’s no coolant in the oil, I do not have a busted head gasket and the leaks that apparently , Elite Automotive saw were just as a result of the car being old nothing major.
I am very disappointed in the service and the decline of the shop. If anyone reads thisthis review I highly suggest going elsewhere.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Elite Automotive. The staff is very friendly, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. The last visit they didn't charge me anything even though they had my vehicle for a while and drove it to try and find a problem. If the problem comes back, I'll surely be going back to them - but I'd go back there for our other vehicles without hesitation. The work they have done for us over the years has been top quality!

Found Elite Automotive as a result of positive Google reviews and doing my part to support and promote their business. We are so happy that we called and decided to use Elite Automotive to service our GMC Savana. Emily was superb over the phone and in person and it was kind of David to look at and repair our vehicle a whole day before we were expecting. The customer service, professionalism and precision were all over the top and they also came in well under the other estimates we received (which was a wonderful blessing, just before Christmas). Our family was more than satisfied and will be returning customers for this and our other vehicles.

Honest mechanics! Emily at the front desk is very knowledgeable and could probably fix a car here self. Always priced right. I drive 35 minutes to have them fix our cars and would not go anywhere else!
