“Yesterday completed my second visit to the team at Audible Excellence in 5 years. Each visit began with a phone call to Zach, an initial assessment of next steps to meet my particular desire, an invitation to come in to discuss further, and some reasonable purchases to incrementally improve my listening experience. Zach and Lou spent two hours with me yesterday discussing my particular desires and possible solutions, which were perhaps unusual. No pressure, no hype, just listening, conversation and experience-based assessment of realistic options. This business is invested in customer satisfaction for the long haul. I will be back the next time my “ear” is ready for something new.”

Their bathrooms are always clean (as well as the whole store in general), their staff knowledgeable, and in my many experiences returning things I buy online I've never had an issue nor have never had to wait more than 5min in line. Target forever!”
“Average Target store. Goes through it's ups and downs with staffing. They are currently staffed to be able to open some check out lanes which is nice. The shelves are well stocked for the holidays. The people are friendly. Basic Target selection. No produce options like some. No upgrade to the Ulta upgrade which is fine.”
“Your standard Target. We stopped by with some friends this weekend to get some snacks and other goodies. I also ended up buying the new Nathan W. Pyle game, which I didn't even know existed - he's an Instagrammer I like who does funny comics. I am a Red Card member but had never actually used it in-store, as I do curbside pickup a lot, so that was interesting; I tried to use the barcode on my app but it wasn't scanning well (maybe because the brightness on my phone isn't turned up), and I did have the actual card with me, so I used that instead. We also bought some snacks and alcoholic beverages since we were having a games day together, they had some tasty stuff like Peeps with chocolate. I also stopped to use the bathroom and that was clean.”
“My electric cart died at the back of the store. A team member in seasonal called for someone to bring me another cart. After a few minutes the cart attendant brought me another electric cart all charged up. I was very appreciative. They bother were very friendly & helpful!”
“Bought a new TV online and was having trouble with the website setting up delivery so I called the store. Was quickly transferred to Chris and we had a few issues but he was Very Kind and Patient as I'm older and not real tech savvy. He got everything to go through and my delivery date set up. I would highly recommend this store. My 2nd purchase there, great customer service with great quality products. Chris is definitely an asset to your store.”
