Great customer service. Provided constant communication and updates throughout all service tickets. Techs are knowledgeable and were determined to troubleshoot and solve multiple issues we had with a lift truck.

Would not let me give them a 0 stars, 1 year after spending $2200.00 for a Head gasket replacement on my Clark lift truck they had the nerve to charge me $992.00 for Plugs, wires, cap, and rotor button which common sense would have told you to replace when you do a head job. $30.00 in parts and $900.00 labor for less than 2 hours. Bunch of crooks in my opinion.

Good company to deal with, they came to our shop and fixed our forklift on site and did a great job. Also performed a break service on site as well. Highly recommended.

There salesman walked in the back of our shop uninvited asking us all about our shop and telling us they can work on our floor scrubber. It wasn't cleaning the floor evenly but worked fine. We didn't have time to mess with it so the salesman agreed to a $95 dollar service call to take a look at it and repair if possible then after the first hour it would be an regular $100 hourly rate. The repair guy was here for 30 minutes top. And then we received a bill for $225. Spoke to a manger and the owner and both were unprofessional about the miscommunication with there salesman and there pricing that was agreed upon. They refused to acknowledge that there company did anything wrong and was unwilling to accept the misunderstanding an settle for the agreed price of $95. Worst customer service, management and of all ownership I've had to deal with.

A big thank you to Ed the owner of Cincy Lift Truck for taking the time to help me through a mechanical issue over the phone. He was able to diagnose the problem, offered the correct solution and even called back the next day to follow up to ensure everything worked out. Great customer service!

I told them i needed a new starter for my forklift and they insisted on a diagnostic and a credit card up front. The technician came out for about 15 minutes and agreed i needed a starter and charged $200. Then the tech came out to install the starter and didnt have his wrenches and had to do another diagnostic which all together took 5 hours. He had to call another tech to help him because he wasn't qualified enough. They charged me a credit card fee and never told me about that as well. The machine is still not running and my bill was $1138 and they wouldn't change anything and said they were going to sue if I disputed the charges. Absolutely do not use this company! The worst service, very rude, over priced and not qualified enough.

I was in desperate need of a tow motor to move a heavy piece of machinery for my home hobby. I contacted Cincinnati Lift truck service and they were very responsive to my need. They worked with my awkward schedule and came out with a forklift that performed the job with ease. He went above and beyond to help me out when I needed good honest service. I appreciate your help!.
