We used Cincinnati Kitchens to renovate our kitchen as well as a few other drywall jobs around the house. We mainly worked with Jen and she was extremely attentive and detail-oriented. She had a detailed plan and kept us updated every step of the way, also ensuring that her team was sticking closely with the plan and the timeline. We experienced the typical delays you encounter with major renovations but Jen ensured these were few-and-far between and their impact on the overall timeline were negligible.
We're extremely happy with how our kitchen turned out and we wouldn't hesitate to work with Cincinnati Kitchens again!

We hired them to remodel 2 bathrooms. The job started October 23 and he stopped coming in January 24. We had ongoing issues with the incorrect supplies and products. The guy they hired to do the job never finished things. He frequently said he couldn’t see well when I asked him about things that were not done correctly. I asked the company if he was a licensed plumber and electrician and they declined to answer me. There have been issues and they say the fix can sometimes be worse than the problem. So its been a few months and I just noticed black mold on the caulk. How does that happen with mold resistant caulk? I have cleaned the bathroom routinely. We had exhaust fans installed.
When we met 12-4 I was NOT satisfied because the work wasn’t finished. I told you I didn’t want the contractor back. You ignored my request. Also each time you came in we have signs on the door and a rug that says please take off your shoes but you ignored that and didn’t cover your shoes. The January visit was due to the shower being broken since day one and no one ever fixed it. The hot and cold are somehow backwards which wasn’t like that before. The window frame was never fixed. The contractor installed his own extra supplies which we never approved or liked. It’s damaged. Its not flush on the walls. When he hung the bathroom door we painted it has brown smears on it with dents. The caulk is coming up on one of the showers. Theres tiny holes on the caulk. You ordered the incorrect sink twice. After going through our notes we saw was supposed to be the same sink in the basement. We were very overwhelmed with the lack of communication and construction so we agreed the sink that was finally installed was fine. We never said we were satisfied! You didn’t account for the room for the toilet paper stands. We have to turn around to get toilet paper. The medicine cabinet along with other supplies we purchased weren’t installed. You refused to communicate with us for the weekly plans despite my request in our December meeting. We asked to know so we could paint and you said we never wait on a customer to paint because it takes too long. So now we have accessories hung and a sink caulked to wall and you know we would hVe to remove that to paint because of the type of vanity you picked out for our bathroom. Both showers make a squeaking noise when we step in. The sink in the basement isn’t standing on all 4 legs because the floor wasn’t evened. The faucets are cheap plastic and they have leaked. We reported it to you once and its still leaking. I asked if the person you hired to work on my house was licensed for plumbing and electrical and you wouldn’t answer me. There are other things I can mention too but your going to deflect. Our list of things that needed to be done to the bathroom were never appropriately listed. We had several things that we needed and the “contract” that they said we signed didn’t list those yet when you came in December you admitted it should have been in the “contract”. We wanted a complete gut to the studs in both bathrooms and that didn’t happen in the basement. You contradicted yourself many times. I see there are issues on the BBB now that I didn’t see in the past. I know there are other people with these issues that haven’t came forward.
I hope Ken catches on to those destroying his business. He was the only person who wanted to fix the issues but things he said should be done were not done.

We found Cincinnati Kitchens when we were searching for a quality built vanity for our bathroom remodel. They had exactly what we were looking for. Upon meeting Jennifer we had complete peace of mind. She was professional with submitting to us a detailed design of what our floor plan would look like. From there she was very patient in helping to choose the exact colors and finishes from quartz to tiles to fixtures. Through out the 6 week process she was responsive and never more than a text away. We highly recommend Cincinnati Kitchens.

My lady and I were looking for a company to do a backsplash for our kitchen. Luckily, we found this one while at a Cincinnati Home Remodeling Expo. We're definitely glad we found them because they did an amazing job and were well worth the price. Other companies would only remodel the entire kitchen, but we didn't want that much work, just a backsplash, and Cincinnati Kitchens was the only one willing to do just that. Darin, the representative we worked with, was super helpful and friendly. Within a week of meeting him at the expo, we met at the company's location to pick out our tile and grout. They had an absolute plethora of options to choose from. After much perusing, we chose dove grey tile and grout, which even Darin said would look great with the colors in our kitchen. It took a couple months to acquire the tile, since it was being imported from Italy, but Darin made sure we knew before we committed to it, and kept us informed every step of the way. He only asked for 50% of the job cost up front, the other 50% after the job was done, and the total cost was $3,000. The guy who came to install it was definitely skilled at what he does. It took two days to complete; one day to put up the tile, and one day to do the grout, and the finished job looked nothing short of perfect. It was everything we hoped for and more. Cincinnati Kitchens was definitely a great find for my lady and I. We were completely satisfied with the entire experience, from beginning to end, so we adamantly recommend them for their work.

My Mr. and I were looking for a company to add just a backsplash in our kitchen. Called around and no one was interested in doing the job or they were too high. Most only do fully renovated kitchens. We scored tickets to the Cincinnati home remodeling expo in Sharonville. We spotted Cincinnati Kitchens and a someone was able to help us right away. Darin was our representative. He was very friendly and to the point/honest. The same week he was at our home giving us an estimate. The following week, we were at the office to pick out our tile. He was able and pick out the perfect tile for our kitchen. We picked the color dove grey of the Cento per Cento Series. Italian tile that needed to be special ordered. It took a little over a month but worth the wait. Darin was great with communication and following up with us. When the tiles came in, we scheduled and it took two days to complete. It was worth the wait! I'm in love with the backsplash. It glossy tiles pops! I would definitely use them again if I needed anything done in the kitchen. Reasonably priced.

We had our laminate kitchen cabinet doors replaced with stained wood doors to update our kitchen out of the 1980’s. We also had drawers and slides replaced. Jen was amazing at Cincinnati Kitchens. However, the quality of the hardware install by the woodworking subcontractor was subpar. Eric and Dennis from Cincinnati Kitchens came out and made the necessary hardware adjustments.Service: Remodeling

Initial meeting was great but for follow up design, we showed up and our designer didn’t show. He called the following day and said he call and reschedule…. Never heard a phone call back even after a few attempts. At least return the phone call instead of ignore
